„AI is changing work. And what does that do to us?"
How leaders and teams can deal with uncertainty, tension and change in the AI transformation. AI promises relief, efficiency and new possibilities. At the same time it raises questions: What does this mean for my job? What can AI take over, and where do we still need people? Because AI does not only change work processes. It also changes roles, expectations and collaboration. What does that do to people and teams, and what does it mean for leadership?
As a conflict consultant, mediator and communication trainer, Alexandra Sarstedt supports organisations in dealing with tensions and conflicts. She is a lawyer, certified business trainer (BDVT), business coach and certified mediator based in Potsdam. In her talk she turns the spotlight on the human side of the AI transformation.
