Can I try DealEngine for free?
Yes. You start with a 7-day trial and 100 credits. When you sign up, you choose your package and add a payment method. During the trial you can cancel at any time without notice, and payment only starts afterwards.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annually, with no hidden costs. With annual payment you pay for 10 months instead of 12. The notice period is 14 days to the end of the billing period.
What is a credit?
Credits are the currency of the platform. Every researched contact and every message sent costs credits. You can see the exact usage live in your account at any time.
What happens when my credits run out?
You top up at any time without switching packages. The prices are the same in every package: 100 = € 100 · 500 = € 450 · 1,000 = € 800. Topped-up credits are valid for 30 days.
Do the packages differ in features?
No. Every package contains the full feature set. The packages differ only in the credits included, the number of channels and the number of senders.
What is included in Premium?
With Premium we do the work: research, strategy, campaigns and coaching, with a dedicated contact. We tailor the scope to your company, which is why there is no list price.
Are the prices net or gross?
All prices shown are net, plus statutory VAT.
How quickly does a campaign start?
Usually 3 business days after setup. First meetings are often booked within 14 days.
Which channels does the outreach run on?
Email and LinkedIn, by default in your name. You approve every message before it is sent.
What happens to our data?
Hosted in Germany, GDPR-compliant, no re-selling. The data processing agreement is signed when the contract starts.
