Topic of the session
„Hands-on AI tips for everyday business"
From entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs: concrete impulses on how to put artificial intelligence to work in everyday business. No hype, but proven applications you can try the same day.
As managing partner of Kirsch & Drechsler in Potsdam, Daniela Kirsch runs the daily business and stands for consistent process optimisation. Over the past ten years she has fundamentally modernised the organisation and the digital processes of her property management, from introducing a new CRM system and building the company presence on social media to launching an online portal where owners can view all the figures and facts about their unit at any time. Shaped by her studies in real estate economics and the experience of earlier career stages, she leads her team as partners, actively involves staff and relies on shared ownership rather than decisions from the top. She brought artificial intelligence into everyday administration early on and deliberately created room for the team to experiment, so everyone could find out what truly helps. Today it has the greatest impact in correspondence and in image editing, for example when a building could only be photographed in bad weather. In her talk she shows openly and in a hands on way how a mid sized company becomes more digital step by step and where using AI makes a real difference in daily operations.
